There are three banquet spaces at the El Rancho Hotel.

The primary banquet space seats approximately 150 people and can expand to comfortably seat 200 people. This room is traditionally used for large parties such as graduations and wedding receptions.

The second banquet space seats 40 people and is typically used for business meetings, birthday parties, and small private parties.

The third banquet space is an outdoor area that can seat approximately 100 people. This space is best served for outdoor weddings.

In addition to these areas, the Lobby is frequently used for event and conference registrations as well as small gatherings of local and nonprofit organizations.
